Or, you can even go E/W to get a req.9 Tactics shield with +10 vs. Demons, and you can still get 9 in all your element attributes with runes. That's 106 armor on an Ele.

Don't buff Ursan Blessing; it's not needed. PuG's are just dumb. You can get nearly the same armor(minus the physical and absorption) as a warrior if you just gimp your build. It's not like you need your attributes for anything in an Ursan build.

Exactly....Words outta my mouth. You can have Warr equiv armour if you took two minutes to think about it. Besides that, all profs are accepted in DoA quad run teams. Stupid thread...stupid OP.

There is no reason why you can't use the Prismatic Insignia especially considering DoA is 'the best way to make money' so you'll make it all back quick enough. If you aren't going to do that, reroll a warrior and regrind the title.

PvE skills are great eh?

No Buff is needed for Ursan, Im glad Anet made the Ursan Strike to Touch that makes it more balance and it doesnt need to be nerfed because for one it has alot of Flaws on it and it a PvE/Elite Skill< this is why it powerful. Taken up one of you PvE skills and your Elite Skill. Elementalist can have 120 armor. Put Primastics on all four pieces armor then have a E/W with Tactics Shield(r9-r10). It 60+20+20+16+16 something round that line. My friend told me how to get 120 on a Ele.

Divine Favor has nothing to do with Ursan skills, excepting two Wolven ones.
Ritualists do not have prismatic insignias.
Dervishes only get something from two wolven skills, not ursan.
Why would need mesmers to reduce the already short 1/4 and 3/4 spells?
And why do Rangers need expertise when the skills cost no energy?

But Warriors have extra armor
But Necromancers get energy with deaths.
And elementalists can have a huuuge pool of energy that makes the skill last for various minutes.
And assassins can regain small amouts of energy with their daggers.
And paragon can quite some energy by shouting.

Oh, no... I'm not for a buff, they do NOT need to be buffed. Not at all.
I'm for a DEBUFF to make it THE SAME regardless of professions:

This:
* Primary attribute reduced to 0. (Maybe all attributes)
* 560..600 Health based on Norn rank.
* 20..60 Energy based on Norn rank.
* Fixed energy regen (-2) (This one is done already)
* Armor set to 60.
* Then you add up the unique bonus of each blessing:
o +40..100 Health for ursan
o +10..30% block for raven
o +1..4 HP regen for wolven.

Would be the same as this:
- Warriors: -20 armor.
- Rangers: -10 armor.
- Monks: No HP from divine favor.
- Necromancers: No energy from Soul Reaping.
- Elementalists: No energy from Energy Storage.
- Mesmers: Speed up for the spells and enchantment spells (like it was much, heh).
- Assassins: -10 armor. No energy from critical strikes.
- Ritualists: No change.
- Dervish: -10 armor. No Energy/Hp gain from Mysticism while under wolven blessing.
- Paragons: -20 armor, no energy from shouts form leadership.
Plus the change in energy and health from their armors.

I don't mean 'buff it for those without profession benefits'.
I mean: 'Remove profession benefits'.

When you choose you skills, your build, you do so based on your profession.
With other PvE skills, you may get one thing or another, and make them combine with the rest of the build, and there are even profession-specific PvE skills.
But those skills have nothing to do with your profession! The entire build is changed and the damage you deal mostly based in the Norn rank.
Why should a ritualist or a mesmer get almost nothing at all compared with other professions?

That's just senseless.

Your title is a paradox.

Plus Ursan needs no reason to be played more.

IM NOT TALKING ABOUT A BUFF !!!!
A buff for casters and a nerf for warriors, thats pretty simple to understand right? A FIXED amount of health/armùor/dmg, undependant of your class!
And ffs i know all about prismatic insignias after 4k hours on gw I think i know BASICS rules.
The OP say (read carefully):
1. warriors are making indecent amount of cash and thats unfair.
2. as we're changed into a bear, no armor/life buff/etc should apply anymore

The very very last thing in the game that needs to be buffed is Ursan Blessing. Please GTFO.

It's not a nerf for warriors, its a not change for warriors. All it is is a buff for Ursan Blessing on Non-Warriors. I realize it makes sense that everyone should have the same armor, but the last thing we need is an eight-fold increase in Ursanway.

So, you want a skill (PvE only skill) that turns all characters into the same?

Dumb, unneeded, unwanted, unbalanced, unoriginal, and the best, most important un is:

/unsigned

I play an ele. I've done several ursan doa runs. I don't recall ever being rejected out of hand. Are your norn/lb titles maxed? Sometimes thats why.

It doesn't effect any of them...

You keep forgetting that about Divine favor.

I've got a "fix" for UB that's fair to all classes: remove it from the game.

Technically, this would be a nerf. How many times do I have to tell you to stop posting before you listen, hmm?

There are more 60/70AL professions then 80AL professions. Overall, it's more of a buff then a nerf.
